Wellbeing @ home
Hosted community conversations for groups of 4–8.
Purposeful, low-pressure community building
Do you want to get to know your neighbours better and share experiences and goals – in a way that could be a step to making progress on wellbeing aspirations?

Topics
These mini-workshops are designed as a "kick off" for talking about wellbeing in your home & community.
Depending on your interests, topics might include:
-
eco-friendly living
-
food & drink for health & wellbeing
-
fitness, hobbies & relaxation
-
social connection
-
use of technology & devices
What to expect
You'll leave with a greater understanding of the interests, experience & skills within your group – a great foundation for supporting each others goals in the year ahead.
You will get to try out a simple meeting format with (optional) space for everyone to contribute, offer reflections, and ask open questions – and get a card pack & take-home activity to reuse.
