Code of conduct
Let's do everything we can to make the work we do together a good experience for everyone involved.
I aim to make workshops, events, interviews and projects that I do inclusive and a positive experience for all, with the following policies for any engagement.

Respectful behaviour
Comments, imagery or behaviour which put-down, devalue or intimidate others, for example on the basis of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, physical appearance, religion, family status, work role, or level of education make for a less welcoming environment and are not acceptable.

Consent & participation
You can always choose to opt out of an activity, request an alternative way to contribute or decline to answer questions – taking part in an event or project doesn't imply consent to all subsequent activities.

Private information
Any private or personally identifiable information collected as part of project work will be protected (within the constraints of technology used) and only shared with explicit consent, unless required by law.

Give constructive feedback
During project work, please make use of feedback forms provided to let me know how I can improve sessions and processes to better meet your needs.
