Buying from this website - artwork and other physical products

Prices shown are in NZD and include applicable taxes.

Copyright of purchased works

The original creator retains Intellectual Property rights of purchased artwork.

This means that its fine to photograph the work for your personal use (including posting to social media) - but you cannot make and on-sell copies of the whole or parts of an artwork you have purchased. The exception to this is where you as the customer have commissioned and paid for a new work to be created.

Courier delivery

Purchased items are sent to you by tracked, signature required courier.

Refunds for lost or damaged items

You will be refunded if a purchase is lost by the courier or arrives damaged. This does not apply if you have opted for the courier to leave your item or other non-signature delivery.

Other refunds

If you purchase an original artwork from this website and then don't like it when you receive it, you may be able to receive a refund. This only applies for one purchase (you cannot repeatedly buy and then return items.)

Resale royalties
